Hi, I’m Sydney.
I’ve spent over a decade working every angle of the hospitality industry. I started at the very front door as a host. I worked my way through nearly every role in the house—server, bartender, trainer, and floor manager— before stepping into senior leadership as a General Manager and eventually Director of Operations. That path gave me a rare perspective: I understand what it takes to run a hospitality business not just from the top, but from the ground up. I know what it’s like to juggle scheduling headaches, rising food costs, staff turnover, and the constant pressure of keeping guests happy. I also know the wins that come from fixing those problems: stronger teams, better margins, and businesses that finally feel like they’re running smoothly.
After years of hands-on experience in both independent restaurants and high-volume programs, I decided to turn what I’d learned into something bigger: helping owners and operators like you take control of your business without feeling overwhelmed or alone.
